2. What data we process

Visiting the website: When you visit the site, the web server stores technically necessary information in log files, namely IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system. This data serves the secure operation of the website and is automatically deleted after a short time.

Enquiry form and email: If you contact us, we process the information you provide (name, company, email, phone, details of the application). We use it exclusively to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising services and does not embed third-party content. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server.

4. Disclosure and storage location

The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, in Switzerland. Enquiries are sent to us by email. For email we use Microsoft 365 from Microsoft Corporation; data may also be processed in data centres abroad (EU, USA). Microsoft is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Data is only disclosed to third parties where necessary to process your enquiry (e.g. to service or delivery partners) or where required by law. We do not sell data.

5. Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as necessary for processing and any business relationship, or as required by statutory retention obligations.

6. Your rights

You can request information about the data we store about you at any time and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Please contact schnellstrom@webaca.ch.

7. Changes

We may amend this privacy policy. The version published here applies.
